Supercommittee, the Impasse
November 22, 2011
As the deadline passes on the Supercommittee of Congress, the Republicans hold fast to their pledge to not raise taxes.
The Democrats, however, demand increased taxes in order to bring forward their budget cuts.
We have been here before. The Republicans have allowed taxes to be raised in the past and the budget cuts never follow as promised.
I commend the Republicans on the Supercommittee for holding fast to their pledge in the face of overwhelming opposition from the Media. The Government must learn to live within it's means.
We must not allow taxes to be raised. We must cut Spending.
With all the entitlements to the rich, aid to foreign powers, and free trade, not to mention the everpresent danger of international terrorism, we, as a nation, are in grave danger.
We must get spending under control in Congress. Nothing on the table about tax increases must be entertained. If the rich want to be taxed more, let them first donate what they think is fair to the US Treasury. This can be done at https://www.pay.gov/paygov/forms/formInstance.html?agencyFormId=23779454

Constitutional Right to Privacy
September 27, 2009
Bob Hoffman sent the following tweet on Twitter: Where in the Constitution is there a right to privacy?: Don't people claim this a lot? Like for health care?
That is a good question, Bob. It shows you are paying attention to the general wording of the Constitution. To find specifics, you must read every word of it, and understand the words. A dictionary may help you. Here is my interpretation:
"The Constitutional Right to Privacy, ne Security, is contained in the 4th Amendment which reads: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue...'
And the exception:
"... but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized."
Good Parsing of the sentance is needed here. Between the phrases "no warrants shall issue," and "but upon probable cause," contains a comma, which interprets another idea coming within the list. Here the sentance begins with a positive and ends with a negative, with an exception to the positive.
Generally, a warrant is issues upon the...

Website Hacked
August 30, 2009
Yesterday. I was reviewing the website to add new content, and found the website hacked. Today, I examined the damage and determined the extent was to the Constitution Page, which explains the Constitutional Basis for many of my opinions and determinations. There was also damage done to my Links Page. If I had promised you a link, and it is not there, please e-mail me and I will try to include it again on the page.
I have instructed the Server to send the code to Security and determine who is responsible for the destruction of the data. An investigation is already underway, and I expect to be recieving the information very soon as to who is responsible. There are two possibilities: Accident, and Malicious Intent. If the investigation turns out to be Server Error, then no action shall be taken.
It is assumed, for now, the website was hacked by an unknown person or entity with Malicious Intent to discredit and/or destroy the Website. The Website has been, and continues to be scanned for malware and viruses, and none were found. Once established, the offender shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law.
Repairs are currently underway, and I...

By Popular Demand
August 15, 2009
After some discussions with my advisors, they suggested I create and post the bills I wish to promote upon entering into the US Senate. I am typing out the bills and should have them online very soon.
My hope is this transparancy would produce a sense of trust among the People and the Voters. I am not a liar, like so many other politicians are. I love the United States of America and will die for her, and my wife, my God, and the truth. Nothing upon my website is conjecture. Every word is based entirely on fact and my opinion.
Thank you for the input in my campaign. It is sincerely appreciated.

Obama Birth Certificate Issue Revisited
August 2, 2009
This last week, it has been all over the media about the Long Form Birth Certificate being released to the media and posted upon the Internet. I have just completed my investigation into the allegation.
Firstly, nothing has changed. The only information out there is the same information which has been out there previously. A Certificate of Live Birth which has insufficient information, lacks signature and seal, and cites his race as "African," and relates no place of birth.
Secondly, seeing as this information comes by way of Media Matters, and George Sorrows, who claim the truth is false and lies are truth, it is immediately suspect as "Yellow Journalism," and Propaganda.
I STILL DEMAND PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA PRODUCE HIS BIRTHRIGHT DOCUMENTS OR FACE IMPEACHMENT.
